Shouldn't every pane of glass be inspected on buildings that have had fallen glass? This is utterly unacceptable to happen at all, yet multiple times on the same tower(s).

No.

Four Seasons curtain wall was supplied by Toro Glasswall of Concord Ontario. Trump's curtain wall was supplied by Far East Aluminium from Hong Kong / Guangzhou.
 
It was the penthouse again, same unit as had the last breakage, no?

To be honest, any instance of falling glass is downright frightening. I hope this is rectified quickly and dutifully.
 
I wonder why the Toro glass guy was posting about being the "leaders in providing the gold standard in the Curtain Wall industry" in the 488 University thread instead of here?
