On all counts, as big as FST is... MLS, RBC and BA are all bigger.

No doubt FST is huge... but MLS is a monster, & RBC was a 4 crane project.

The BA Complex in it's entirety is probably also bigger than FST. But only a portion of the site was actually developed... maybe 1/3rd.

BA1:

MLS:
Site - 8,476 m² (4)
GFA - 106,385 m² (4)

That confirms what I suspected (well, guessed actually) by walking around the sites at different stages of construction and eyeing out the amount of land used by the FS & MLS projects.

Only a small portion is at grade with form work in the south-west corner. Still a few months before all of it is at grade.
