Just a while back, wasnt there a rumour flying around on a 92 storey mixed use building planned somewhere downtown.

I remember a few years back there was the Manulife rumour but thats the only one i can really think of.

Awesome wall of glass thats emerging on this tower... the open window concept looks great but i think the look of it will be destroyed if everyone closes their windows except for one guy! (if you let it get to you it annoys you)

Looking out the window of the subway today traveling north towards Rosedale, I realized what a massive presence this tower will have from that vantage point.
