Do my eyes deceive me or does it look like one of the gallery towers is being prepped to have brick laid all the way up?

There is brick starting to be laid for the podium, but it is unclear if the same brick/if brick at all will make it all the way up. There are several different renders; some with brick going all the way up, some with brick only for the podium, and the brick colour also varied, such as black brick. Though, it does seem like the brick colour and the overall design pattern looks to follow this rendering from the database quite well:
