You know what, at first I thought these two buildings would look nothing like the renders, similar to Minto's projects, but they seem to be coming together! They're actually not that bad. *fingers crossed
 
I think these buildings are gonna turn out okay because fundamentally you can get away with a lot if you have a good silhouette and I think these will. Most Toronto condos seem to be randomly shaped objects with no grace, and even though the fit and finish of this building looks like it's the Toronto standard the shape of them seems thoughtful.
 
With some buildings you can almost tell if they're going to be a dud or ace the moment the first few floor of cladding goes on, but with these buildings, I feel like it's harder to make a judgement call until everything comes together (or not).
 
The condo is looking more like its render now. Might be one of the more attractive and sleek looking condos in Toronto!
 
It does looks like there may be slight angles just below the left setback to accommodate that triangular framed area.
Not as severe as on the renderings, but it might still be there.
