...it reminds me of classic strip flooring, something my dad used manage and oversee making for a large factory...to which one of my summer jobs on the occasion also consisted of "assisting" him. So it's interesting to see that style used for an outdoor ceiling.

The verdict: A crisp, full-bodied essence. Strong minerality with an excellent textural quality. Notes of copper, and aromas of peach and wood. No need to cellar for long: ready to open soon! (Viewed from the new Simona patio).
