I see that they've finally started digging the foundation==you can see an old foundation from whatever was here before. Sorry no photo today.
The foundation was built in the 80's for a project that was never finished. A mini Bay Adelaide without the stump. I'm figure they will keep what was already built and build above assuming the base isn't too far gone.
