Some earth moving/excavation happening here. The work is below grade at the north end of the land parcel but still several months away from crane raising

At least they have been able to remove the huge pile of soil that had been accumulated over the last few months.
 
I thought this was a JV design by Aria and TFAI ?
 
I was heading through RH this weekend, when this and the many other projects are constructed, RH south of Major Mac will be nearly unrecognizable. Which is an incredibly good thing, people may actually choose to walk on Yonge again. So exciting!

Inappropriate use of the word grand in the project name, unless there's something hidden inside which overcomes the uninvolving exterior.
