The city would still somehow find a way to make the installation of broken concrete from this demolition take 2+ years, even if the materials were ready for them today.

Man this one was built like a tank.

Demolition dates back to at least October of last year, and there's still a large chunk of structure left, 8 months on.

Are we on pace for a full year of Demo?

That's got to be up there with some of the longest this City has seen.

It's definitely up there for the longest the city has seen, if not the longest?? The large warehouse building at Riverside Square put up a fight to demolish all that they wanted to demolish of it. Though, Club 300 Bowl at 125 Old Kennedy Road, a quite massive two floor complex in Markham is still being demolished since September, and there is still around 20% of the structure left, so compared to that, this is not bad.
