1 Heathcote (Bayview and York Mills)

Developing with Inception Builds on this is Dream Maker Developments Inc. Their website calls this Project #14. It's on the southeast corner of Heathcote and Bayview.
They'd probably be best recognized on UrbanToronto for Dream Residences on Dufferin Street across from Yorkdale Mall.
Inception's web page says this is the first of two six-townhome phases. The northeast corner of Bayview and Heathcote is also being zoned to replace two former houses with six townhomes… but that's being planned in a totally different style, so I'm not sure where phase two is here. Behind them on Heathcote? Anyone know?
