Looks like this is now called "Urban Church Lofts" and has gone (back) to Concept Loft Developments (?).

BlogTO has an article about a unit for sale in here. They seem to gush over it, and neglect to mention that this unit appears to be in the addition overlooking the laneway. It would probably feel like you're living in a new townhouse above an alley, next to a church conversion that you tell everyone you live in.
