Excellent @AlbertC ; you noticed I left you that one. LOL

This is the third box of this type in only a few days, same basic composition, slightly varied heights, 2 on Royal York, 1 on Queensway.

The Demolition Permit for this was a supplementary add-on to the EYCC agenda for today's meeting.


It shows as 'adopted' which makes no sense given the recommendation provides 3 different choices for Council to pursue (as per standard).

I don't have time to watch the meeting footage right now, I will leave that to others.
