This is already well under construction. Nothing worth shooting yet, but I will be sure to update once there's some visible progress since I'm right across the street.

Some very nice work from Diamond Schmitt

The project is well underway with Butcon working on it.

Those images are for the Senior school I am almost 100% certain. Both the junior and senior school are being redone.

I've been meaning to take the long trek across the street to shoot this for ages, but the best I've managed was a quick phone snap today of the new Junior School addition:

They should have gone for 40 storeys here, with 12 storeys of classrooms then 28 storeys of alumna retirement residences above. Missed opportunity to stack up Toronto's ladies who lunched, mink stole and blue hair division.

Over a year later, and both are long complete.
Hadn't checked out the Upper School because I didn't feel comfortable venturing that far onto the property. With school closed I decided to take a look today. It didn't quite turn out as rendered.

Also took a first look at the rear of the Junior School

Hopefully, the runoff from the copper panels doesn't stain the concrete beneath the panels, as sometimes happens with Corten steel panels.

The glass is a little The Well green too. So it looks like corners where being cut. /sigh
