Not sure what triggered the police activity tonight (Sept 20), but there are at least 5 police cars around the site, and they went in with flashlights. Also used the bullhorn to call to someone they thought was inside. Shortly after they packed up and drove away.

Finally stop by the site after 2 years since my last visit to have a look at it. The city did a piss poor job plowing the sidewalk that you had to walk on the road to shoot the various sides.

Standard too far set back from the street edge in the city.

Looks like very early Sunday and hope you didn't run into any illegal drivers turning north onto Dixie Rd from the condo next to it regardless of all the signs posted for it??

Have come close a number of times for an head on meet going south with the fools driving north in the southbound lanes trying to get to the northbound lanes. Even as a pedestrian, you take your chance crossing that driveway with driver not stopping to go north illegally as well those making an U-turn and crossing all 3 lanes going north.

The median should be extend north to the lights to make it right in and out for this project as well the other.

I shot the site Sat, but still backlog to May 23 at this time.

This information is not correct and misleading and I hope not in purpose. Hazelton Development Corporation remains the builder to complete the project. Nothing to do with the HDC construction company in London. HDC is most likely abbreviation from Hazelton Development Corporation and used to avoid the searching results that Hazelton filed for insolvency and CCAA protection in April 2022 and screwed up pre-sale purchasers. As of January 2023, deposits still have not been refunded after almost 5 years of waiting.

No accusations but facts. This is how most of pre-sale purchasers been trapped through disinformation and resulting in bad decisions. I purchased a unit in 2018 and 5 years later I am still dealing with all sequences.
