Another site plan for the Cornell area by JD Elms Cornell Lands. The site will consist of 7 residential/mixed-use buildings (1x 28s, 1x 26s, 1x 22s, 1x 10s, 2x 16s, 1x 18s. This will be located east of 6950 Highway 7 East.

I did get a chance to take a photo of the onsite development notice a few weeks back.
