Honda Canada is building an EV battery plant in New Tecumseth

Here are a couple satellite shots of Honda's existing Alliston plant.

The site lies on Industrial Pkwy connecting it to Hwy 89 and has a spur in the CP MacTier sub.
I imagine the new facilities will be in proximity, which means expanding south (the built up site on the south side of Industrial Pkwy is also Honda's property). They could have an additional spur built to the south but for now we can only speculate where anything will go.

Ps. I think for consistency this thread should probably mention Alliston instead of New Tecumseth.

Our thread tagging system is based on the list of incorporated municipalities in Ontario (lower-tier and single-tier), and Alliston is an unincorporated community within the Town of New Tecumseth.
