Did this building even need to exist? Like, were people wanting to stay at the Exhibition Place during their visit?

It is probably of benefit to trade shows/conferences on the Ex grounds and maybe even FC fans?

This hotel will probably do well. Still think it's a shitty use of the Ex grounds.

It's a tragedy that it was allowed to be built. And I'm not even talking about the look.

I'm fine with the hotel aspect, but the design puts it solidly in the what the hell were they thinking category. When the mullet makes a comeback this building might be in style.

The best skyline views must be from this tower because when you're inside, you can no longer see it on the skyline.

How is a hotel a bad use right beside a large exhibit/convention facility? In my opinion, It should have been midrise and, obviously, from a better firm.

I used to be in the keep the Exhibition Grounds low rise camp but with this turd, I'm solidly in team build up and build dense and cover up this eyesore STAT! Low rise on Princes Blvd. and towers along Lake Shore.

You can thank the Ex Board and the Philistines on it for this. Not usually a fan of the Vegas flashy - but this could have been a good site for a swoopy Wynn.
