I can see the building from Pharmacy and shepperd it rose above the NY towers. Looks tall and puts a nice emphasis on the skyline

Took this picture while waiting for the bus at Yonge&Yonge on Sunday. Crap quality, but the amount of construction at NYCC looked impressive!

This tower has become sort of a beacon for north York popping up from different locations.

Center frame in the distance, from Huntingwood and Pharmacy

The space to be occupied by WholeFoodMarket has general contractor working there for the last month or so.

It's tough to predict opening at Tridel Hullmark Centre. Even though ttc south subway entrance was supposed to be completed and reopened last October, as per sign,.... Which was rescheduled for December, as per sign,... Then January, as per sign,... Then February, as per sign,... It's still not open yet!

Weird part is, that south tower subway entrance looked completed last September and still looks the same now. Doesn't seem like it needs anything to be completed,.... but occasionally we see construction worker walking around there - not really doing anything,... maybe parts are not passing TTC standards and need to be redone???

looks amazing in that first pic ^ beautifully designed complex.

I could around 45 floors, which led me to think it was already topped off, but I checked again an the north tower should be 49s (thread title is wrong)? I know there will be a roof fin at the top, but I do wish they could keep building this thing ever higher,

I can't find a legal document (zoning bylaw amendment or committee of adjustment decision) that shows that there will be 49 storeys here. I can only find the documents that back up the 45 storey total. I'm not saying the adjustment didn't happen, but if someone can show where it happened, that would be appreciated!

(SSP has the building at 45 storeys, SSC has it only at 44 storeys (which is definitely old))
