The third-party appeal was dismissed, and with zoning approved by the city in May '23, the proponent is progressing through the SPA process with a technical resubmission -- NOAC has not yet been issued.

There was a drilling rig working on the lot today, and some sort of apparently lot-related work on the sidewalk Spadina . Definitely movement.

i dont understand the obsession with non-symmetrical facade designs in toronto. i hate it. coming westbound into downtown on dundas is my least favorite route in the city. first you have the depressing regent part block 27 then the horrendous Gupta building

I am surprised that they still want to go-ahead with it at the current height given that it is so close to the Q-S Ontario Line station - would it be reasonable to assume that an MZO will be forthcoming at some stage and they could go higher than 14 & 15 storeys?
