Until a site plan application is filed, we won't likely know if the 140.2 metre height includes the mechanical penthouse or not.

Well it's enough for now, just tag me if it changes.

Not sure how reliable this source is, but Condo Now says this project is launching "Fall 2018". I'm not sure why, but I like this project, and the idea of more density on the Queensway.
No update from Toronto Development Application Page...
…and it was approved at City Council in August.42
In what way is it still "embroiled" in the City Planning process? It got zoning approval 4 years ago, but Remington has just sat on it. They can move forward whenever they want. The technicalities of the SPA application would still be ahead of them, but they haven't applied for that nor begun to market the building.August 2014
Unbelievable, how is it that 4 years later its still embroiled in the City Planning process?

Oh please, Mr. i know it allAfter 11 years, how are you *this* intellectually incurious?
Of course maestro you'd be the 2nd person to jump all over this ..lolThis narrative is beyond silly. Any developer ignorant to the long process when applying for a major land use change shouldn't be a developer. You budget for this! Toronto's rezoning process isn't comparably longer to other places either.
Re: "Mr know it all"
Nothing more cringe worthy about a society that disparages the informed and educated. Stop being so Trumpian if your sensibilities can't handle it.
