There is a large house to the west of the 3 building that is boarded up.

Yeah, that has been an eyesore for years. I think it's been abandoned for so long because it's pretty limited in terms of redevelopment, being between a nice old apartment block and that building where Bairrada is. I'd like to see a boutique condo or 2-3 nice contemporary townhouses here.

The 5-7th floors will have unobstructed views of the surrounding areas. South-East facing units will be able to enjoy the Toronto skyline (for now) ....
