It's vs Its:
It's is a contraction of "it is" or "it has" as "don't" is a contraction of "do not," such as in the phrase "Eye dew knot no hau two spel."
Its is the thing of it (its is the possessive form), such as in the phrase "Good grammar is its own reward." There is no its'.

There's supposedly over 2,900 sq m of institutional space in this building, according to the project data sheet on the project's development applications page. Anyone know what it's for? The plans online are not particularly lluminating.
