I like the west view, that Roger's building is a monster. When X2 goes up, the two X buildings should frame that spire very nicely.

This is my favourite project downtown next to Burano. I love it when a developer encorperates a piece of history into their design. Sometimes it's just a facade, but it's always worth it.

Yes. It's great that they did this. Facades aren't nearly good enough!

Love that super dark finish. It, along with X, definitely contrast nicely with the overriding beige and white of the surrounding high-rises.

I'm thinking that the bricks shown in the 6th photo will go up on the part of the 3-storey base to match the Mansion.
