Really curious and hopeful to see if this will spur more development along Dundas to the west. That stretch is ghastly compared to how nice the Junction is just to the east.
 
Yep, Dundas between Runnymede and Scarlett remains to be the forgotten frontier. Lots of different sites where development would be beneficial. Hope this builds traction and gradually initiates further interest along this stretch.
