Another condo development coming to the Junction, replacing the block from Westown Chinese Food, the old Moss and Lam building and the car garage.

Good intensification opportunity for a part of Dundas that is in between the main Junction retail stretch to the west, and what has traditionally been the more industrial section along the railway lands.
 
This doesn't include the awful Coffee Time at the corner?

I'd love to see a trio of Teeple midrises on all three corners of this terrible intersection...
 
Yikes. A trio of overly-ambitious, under-thought out, poorly-detailed mid-rises?

A Teeple library? Sure. Residential? Nope.

This has double the # of units of duke up the street with a similar footprint.. and they're supposedly 2 stories? Am I missing something here?

Anyway, looking forward to adding to the absolute shit show that is the dundas-dupont-annette and keele-dundas intersections. Time to go full mad max.
