Some additional info on the linked page -- they're focusing on two-storey units for family friendliness, which is an interesting direction. 173 units, Superkül, "Junction House".

This has double the # of units of duke up the street with a similar footprint.. and they're supposedly 2 stories? Am I missing something here?

Anyway, looking forward to adding to the absolute shit show that is the dundas-dupont-annette and keele-dundas intersections. Time to go full mad max.
