Does this mean the occupancy period is over? They are charging insane occupancy fees at 8%. It's criminal

They are registering in Dec. probably the only thing they’ve done right on the building

Building was registered at the end of October. Final closings are in December.

FYI, the rate is stipulated in the Condo Act. It's statutory. Developers don't choose it.
