The OMB denying this sounds unbelievable. The proposal is literally in the shadow of several 20+ storey apartment buildings.

Southern block of stacks approved and northern block has been rejected. Not ideal for the purchasers. Freed will likely cancel all deals and sell site, or sell the 30 units at 40% more than original pricing.

Defeat. Their worry has always been about people of different backgrounds/strata moving in. That'd still be hapenning, to some degree.
