The mobile crane has been moved offsite, making me wonder if they're planning on bringing in a concrete pump thingy to do the job here...
 
Update: ...and that's exactly what they did! My "quiet" little street likely hasn't seen so many cement trucks in its lifetime, goodness!

Confirmation from the KESKUS website:

In the video, the post-tensioning cables can be seen as they are threaded through the beams. These cables will be tensioned once the beam’s concrete has reached full strength, currently anticipated for mid-October. Down the road they will be tensioned a second time once the beams are loaded with the weight of the steel superstructure above.


And I think @UtakataNoAnnex just witnessed the large concrete pour mentioned in the update above.
