I stand by what I said earlier. This will be the best overall build in the ED when completed. Looks really good in person.
 
Peter Street Condos, Theatre Park, Tableau, King Charlotte, Picasso, Gläs, District Lofts, The Morgan...those are all better than this project. That's not to say this isn't good, just that those are better.

Agreed. The towers on this project are lazy and bland architecture. The best that can be said for them is that they did not turn out as badly executed as many of us feared.

You have a few in there that I simply can’t agree with but you’re entitled to your opinion. The heritage portion is what makes this project for me. Best designed? No. Best overall? I believe so.

Apart from Picasso, almost all the towers in the district built recently lack a visitor's attention for picture.
 
Are we getting painted balconies here? Please tell me yes. That would be the final tidying piece of this project.

PLEASE I want to like it but my god those undersides.....
