Just checked and there's nothing in the Staff Report about office / commercial space. Tall floors indeed!

Yes, it is 9ft except for the ground floor, PH and pool amenity floor.
It may look taller because the site is so narrow.
There are two commercial spaces on the ground floor, with a potential mezzanine space within it due to the tall ceiling height.

The sixth floor is also taller; it's about 11.5 feet. Maybe there are some transfer beams hidden from view? It is the floor before the step back on the north side.
