EDIT: False alarm, the crane has been retracted but is still on site. The trailer is still on King, possibly until tomorrow?

I seriously want a place here one day... that is not feasible now lol. It's probably sold out as well.

But this is one of the best projects currently in the city. Just beautiful. I can't wait to come visit.

Yeah it's expensive for a premium luxury condo. Approx $1600 per sq ft last time I remembered in 2019 maybe?
Now Yorkville is selling for $1800 per sq ft for generic bland buildings
