...I am always dubious of making these types of timeline comparisons, because they're two different projects with two different budgets, two different development approaches, with two different person powers behind it, etc. But that's not really the important part here...rather, why are we in rush to get this built at all?

The complexity and style of build here is completely different from The Well.

Construction is taking its time yes, but I wouldn't necessarily say it's slow as in taking longer than expected.
