While the delay on the cladding has been a bummer, it's pretty awesome to see the entire structure naked like this. The lines are incredible.

A notice to purchasers a few weeks ago says that completion is anticipated for September of 2025.

They have not even started the building envelope and it is nearly July. No way will they finish the curtain wall by September 2025, let alone occupancy.

A few months ago I stated that the best case scenario is the end of 2025 but I’m beginning to think that we won’t see occupancy before April 2026.
