Any updates as to when prospective tenants can signup with capreit for the rentals @KingsClub? There's been zero updates - other than 'late spring' for move in dates...

Yup, Shoppers on King + Tecumseth closes next Thursday and moving to this new location

King & Tecumseth? Really? I find that surprising, I would have assumed King & Stafford as it's smaller, older, closer to this location, not entirely barrier free, doesn't have a post office etc.

It's Stafford. They are in the process of moving out. I'm surprised they are still open to be honest, the store is essentially 90% empty.
