Not much change from the valley side over the last couple of weeks (one more row of balcony guards installed), but the valley looks amazing…

First, the very west end of the site is becoming park space, tucked in behind some Dundas Street businesses:

The townhome blocks all look close to complete, and the building up against Dundas is now rising above grade:

I used to shop there occasionally with my dad when I was a kid. It's odd, but a welcome change in this case I'd say, even if the architecture isn't great.
