I'm certainly in no hurry to see this pile get built. With any luck, the project has failed and will be sold off to an actual decent developer, not the clowns at Dunpar.

I just learned about this site from an article in Renx. Seemed fishy that Dunpar would be having so many issues getting permits even with wins at OLT, but I've never crossed paths with them before. For the uninitiated, what makes them clowns?
