The balconies are not replaced yet but they are getting real close. 24 more days left in 2018.

I'd introduce a massive fine to the resident and landlord for any items thrown from a building.
There should be zero tolerance for throwing anything off a building.

Almost 4 years after the feeds were prepared the light posts were installed. Not powered, just installed. Don’t get too excited.

Toronto-TMC: Parking an articulating boom on the N side of Esplanade to replace cracked windows in the building at 8 the Esplanade. It will only be within the 1 parking lane on the N side. It will only require a couple days but because of the weather we've allowed May 28 to May 31, 2019. work will be done between 9 am and 4 pm only.

They started working on the balcony panels where the crane supports were located. I forgot the exact year they were removed. I guess they had a lot of BMU work to complete first.
