Developer seems to be in way over their head. Who is at fault here? Cityzen? Castlepoint? who? Just so I know never to buy from them.

Both of them are going to be heavily involved in future city developments. They are two of the C's in the 3C consortium that owns the site south of the Gardiner in the Don Lands, right?
 
I am a huge fan of cityzen. From a buyers perspective maybe they arent the best... I don't know. But from an architectural/ pedestrian/fanboy point of view they seem to be one of the few developers that want to try different things, and construct buildings that stand out.

I hope they have a very long, visible and successful future.

Thanks for the pics and congrats! Union Station and Front St are looking fantastic. And I really like the trio of buildings on the Esplanade.

Now will Bay Park Centre entirely block out your view of the CN Tower? That would totally suck waiting all that time only to have a fleeting vantage point.
