Yes - in the end they only needed 1 storey for mechanical, and then they got a 1 storey height increase at the CoA to go along with that.

With the changes to the planning act preventing CoA applications 2 years after zoning approval, the sort of flexibility like that will create some issues. Or in this case, just a shorter building.

I love the concept but i don t like the choice of color.
The transition from black to white is not done correctly.
There most be harmony in all.
It the most important aspect in architecture.
I prefer Exhibit residence, because there is more harmony in the color.
It just my opinion.
