This is the north side of Lago with Lakeshore just to the right and the smaller Ocean Club building at the back of the shot.

Interesting that the Lago garage extends under the new service road (which itself will extend toward the camera from where it passes by the Ocean Club boutique building above), but then the garage does not really extend much into the area where the commercial building will be built.

Neither of the commercial buildings—which will front Lake Shore Blvd. on both the Ocean Club and Lago sites and more—have been started yet. I wonder how long before we see some action on those. I'm willing to bet they won't be easy to sell/lease out until this area is more built out, and better functioning as a neighbourhood.

Interesting to see that the garage extends under the new lane and that stairs and exhaust vents are being built to the "north" of it where the commercial building will be… but there's no sign of the commercial buildings for with Lago or Ocean Club. I wonder how far off in the future it will be before those go ahead… and will the developers look to alter the plans for them in big ways before they come into being? I'd put off doing anything with those until it's known what's going to happen with the Mondelez lands across the street…
