I think there's a crane up for this now. Saw from the DVP so can't confirm but it would make sense given the construction schedule.

Not as crisply executed as the "Upper House Condos" across the street, but still pretty decent overall.

I agree, these two projects are setting a higher standard for Leaside mid-rises compared to much of the rest of the city, in my opinion.
