What's train noise like on the 20th floor? I've been in a few of these units that face the track and never noticed the train unless I was looking out the window......

I would be more concerned with the lower air quality from the diesel fumes rather than the noise, at least until the trains get electrified.

Which is 39 here? lol. When i look up 51 East Liberty I see a complete building like this, or is this a different phase?
