Maybe it’s the fact that the competition on East Liberty/Ordinance Street isn’t exactly the stiffest, but I don’t think this one turned out to be a total disaster. For me, the new HP towers were the big disappointments.

This isn't bad at all IMO. A masterpiece? No. A disaster? No. A step up from most of the condo garbage in Liberty Village? I'd say yes.
