Last summer his office were aiming for at least the pedestrian access by "fall" and back a few pages are photos of the bridge with parts of the railing marked for removal with orange paint.

There's a decent amount of variation among the buildings in these photos. The detailing on the roofline of Library District is sharp.

Apparently it is for sewer work, but I have seen them leveling the ground on the other (cityplace) side so I am hopeful. They put cement barriers, seems like a waste to have to close the street again at a future time when it is already closed and blocked off now.
