....The answer is No. Absolutely not. BBQs are never allowed on balconies in any condos anywhere.

I live in a high-rise condo in Erin Mills and we are allowed to have BBQs on our balcony however we have to use the built-in natural gas outlet. My condo was built in 2001.

You can also use an electric BBQ. Yes they exist, and no they aren't are terrible as you might think.

A number of buildings in Toronto allow gas BBQ's - the requirement is that they be attached to a natural gas line with a quick disconnect coupling. My understanding is that the actual restriction pertains to propane tanks - they cannot be brought into passenger elevators due to regulations in the fire code. If a unit was not equipped with a gas line - then out of luck.

They had rainbow colours the day before yesterday only. Today, they're back to the same old, boring blue and green colours. A variety of colours would be much better than just 2....
