Agreed. This may not be winning any architectural awards, but it's coming together quite decently. Also gives some hope for the Strada project on College, which is another RioCan & TF collab.

I was going to say: The only stretch of Dupont I actually feel safe walking is that stretch with the closure. That stretch ends to the east, of course, where another human being was killed by a driver just a couple weeks back.
Dupont, I think between Dufferin and Davenport or so, should have the curb lane as dedicated BRT (along with a proper service enhancement) with just one vehicular lane in each direction.
