It's only a 13 storey building, so yes, I would say that it certainly is possible.

. They've reach the height of the right side. I suppose they will focus now on building the left where the higher floors and penthouse are.Though, not a lot of changes from your last pic on 7/18. Could they be working on the interiors now?
