I biked down there yesterday and that's exactly the point that got hammered home. I'd be surprised if the Port Lands don't get swamped with people in spring/summer. On the plus side, it might spur the City to ramp up investment in more green/recreation space.

crazy to see the Unilever building completely demolished too and progress on the rail corridor for the Ontario Line. can't wait to see the DVP/Gardiner ramps relocated.

I meant to take some shots for DSC but my e-permit didn't load into the drone properly to unlock it and it wouldn't take off so I have to try again tomorrow.

Fantastic series of photos. Drove through the Portlands for the first time a few days ago. The bridges are great. Having Cherry re-aligned and being able to boost east along Commish again... very cool. Can't wait to see the area blossom over the next few months and years.

What's the plan again for how they're going to do that and keep the connection while they do the work? Are they going to build the new ramps first and then connect them and then demolish old?
