How odd that this Real Estate Agent would write this under his description of Conservatory Condos on Bay Street - "The Conservatory Tower is an example of what ails our fair city’s skyline. No one should have allowed it to be built as it was instantly dated and is awful to look at."

Incoming!! Fresh and hot new pics of the Lumiere sales centre and model/rendering!!
Here's the pics I took today outside the sales centre. I think it just opened up today and the sales centre seems to be pretty busy when I was there, looks like the marketing campaign about floating yuppies seemed to have worked. lol

Looks like a nice tower, a more evolved version of the repetitive "Toronto style" condo tower

Nope. All are in Chicago. I think the 'Toronto-Style" is a myth.
And by the way, if you wanted to do an "Uptown", this is probably the way you should do it (the base is kind of busy though):
