Both the Avia and Voya parcels got significantly taller redesigns after M City started to move. It's not out of the realm of possibility that they will go taller here. The current design for the block is basically the same height as PSV1/PSV2 but with a different design language.

There is about 160 photos up on site shot 360 from the distance as well up close.

They have relocated the hydro pole in the driveway. They have also have bendable poles in the centre of Burnhamthrope where the traffic light are to be install late this year so no one can get to/from Parkside Village at this time going eastbound.

The best I can see from the numbers on the elevator shaft and floor count above the last number, M1 is at the 56 floor and M2 at 50. The odd thing, there not much different height wise between PSV 1 at 49 floors plus mech to M1. There seems to be more than 6 floor different between M1 and M2

I think your floor counting is off. By my count they are just starting on floor 54 on M1 and 51 or 52 on M2 depending on whether they are counting the two level ground ‘townhouses’ as one or 2 floors.

Planning on shooting the elevators from a different location to see if I can get a clear shot of the numbers than I shot the next few days.

I counted the same... so do you guys think the building will be closing later this year?
By my count, M1 is at floor 54 and M2 is at 51 or 52.

There are still tons of internal work to be done so I doubt if there would be any occupancy this year though they usually do it in phases and the lower floors might be ready by then provided all the necessary services and safety measures are in place and pass inspection.

Closing will probably happen few months after occupancy once the condo is incorporated.

No matter where I shoot these towers from, there is at least 5 floor different considering M2 was the first out of the ground. Since M1 was first sold first, it has to be the first to be done.

As it stands, M1 is the official tallest tower in Mississauga now and to be join by M2 shortly until 2024 when M3 will pass them on its way to be the tallest. Depending on the the towers at Exchange being built, both M1 & M2 will slip to the 3rd tallest in 2024 and then fall to the run of the mill as more towers past then.
